Ordering and delivery
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at https://hrnstudio.com/ just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible. Orders that placed with Cash On Delivery method will be delivered within two to five days, depending on the availablity of your required article and size. Shipping to countries outside of the Pakistan depends upon the shipping method you select while placing your order. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
We ship to most regions worldwide. Cash on Delivery is only available within Pakistan.
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Your order's shipping amount will automatically be calculated upon selection of your shipping method while placing your order.
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. No, you shipment (National or Internation) is not insured unless until you tell us to do that and ready to pay insurance charges according to the shipping company's rule. Charges will be told you upon request as per courier services rules and according to you volumentric weight.
We will provide you consignment number after dispatching your parcel. Shipping company is fully responsible after that. We will not entertain any lost/stolen/mishapp/delayed shipment until unless your shipment is insured.
We put a lot of love and care into every order, and many of our outfits are hand-embroidered. This means there may be a short delay before we can dispatch your parcel — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
The delivery time you see at checkout is an estimate only and is calculated after your order has been dispatched. While we always do our best to send parcels on time, we sadly can’t control delays once they’re with the shipping company or in customs.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or stolen, we truly understand how frustrating that can be, but you’ll need to contact the shipping company directly so they can help you as quickly as possible.

Returns
Any product bought from HRN STUDIO online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders only.

- o Exchange Policy is only liable if informed on same day and we receive it back within 5 days after the goods are delivered.
We kindly inform you that refunds and exchanges are not available once an order has been processed. However, if you receive an incorrect item or your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you. This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you on the contact number you provided in shipping details. We aim to process exchange within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse provided that we have your required size available.
If a product is received in a faulty or defective condition, the concern must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered as per our policy.
Furthermore, once a complaint is lodged, the parcel must be returned to us within 8 days to be eligible for exchange.
International Shipping Rules
Customer have to pay any duties/taxes as per their country law if applicable.
We do not charge any duties/taxes applied by government outside of Pakistan, we only charge product and shipping amount.
